Brian Weiner is the Founder & CEO of ExCel Global Family Office and leads the firm’s Family Office practice. Since 1996, Mr. Weiner has served as an independent fiduciary and strategic advisor to high-net-worth families and family offices globally.

Brian Weiner is the Founder & CEO of ExCel Global Family Office, an independent family office and business advisory firm which has operated since 2010. Excel represents over 20 family enterprises and entrepreneur led companies located in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

For nearly 25 years, Brian has served as a trusted advisor to successful entrepreneurs and family enterprises in the areas of investment, tax, governance, and philanthropy. Brian’s distinguished background as a successful entrepreneur, venture philanthropist and former international trade representative gives him a unique perspective that his clients respect and value. A particular passion of Brian’s is his innovative
educational program “Seed for Success©” which offers resiliency training and empowers the next generation to launch their own business or venture philanthropy initiatives.

Brian began his career in 1996 as the Deputy Trade Commissioner for the Government of Israel
(Southwestern, United States), where he facilitated joint ventures/strategic partnerships on behalf of
U.S. and Israeli companies. After government service, Brian launched an entrepreneurial start-up that
was later sold in 1999 and mentioned by Fred DeLuca (Founder of Subway) in his book, “Start Small Finish
Big!.”

In 2000, Brian was recruited by Smith Barney where he built a family office focused practice working
with real estate principals and business owners with multi-national holdings. At the encouragement of
his clients, Brian left the banking world to form Allied Advisors, an independent Multi-Family Office.
Within five years, Allied grew to oversee and influence in excess of $5 billion of family wealth. In 2008,
Brian sold Allied and was recruited as a Senior Director for BNY Mellon where he originated $500 million
of assets under management and facilitated the closing on over $100 million of real estate loans for his
clients.

In 2014, in collaboration with Ryan Rhodes and the Rhodes family office, Brian founded Manifest
Recovery Centers as a social impact investment to help people struggling with mental health and
substance abuse.

Brian is a graduate from UC Santa Barbara, where he studied political science/economics, attended
Hebrew University’s Overseas School in Jerusalem, graduated Suffolk Law School, and is a participant in
Columbia Business School’s Executive MBA Program.

He is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2010 and currently sits on the
Boards of the Palm Beach Gold Chapter of YPO as chair of the Financial Forum, Circle of Founders of the
Motion Picture Academy Museum, and a Co-founder (with the Nazarian Family) of the Citizens’
Empowerment Center in Israel and The Behavioral Healthcare Community Endowment Foundation.
